加工工艺对TC21锻件细节疲劳强度影响规律的研究 被引量:3

摘要 初始疲劳品质取决于材料及其加工工艺,而细节疲劳额定强度DFR代表结构细节材料固有疲劳能力。对不同处理的TC21合金锻态试样DFR疲劳强度进行了研究。结果表明,喷丸强化能有效提高截止值试验件DFR cutoff值近46%;在同样的表面条件下,铰孔工艺的DFR基准值疲劳强度比钻孔工艺提高近11%,冷挤压强化后试样的DFR值比铰孔提高近10%。 The original fatigue quality depends on the material and its processing technology, and the detail fatigue rating (DFR) represents the inherent fatigue capacity of a structure material. The DFR fatigue strengthes of forged TC21 alloy samples with different treatment processes were studied. The results show that shot peening can effectively improve DFR^o~ fatigue strength as much as 46%; under the same surface conditions, DFR base fatigue strength after reaming increases nearly 11% than that after drilling, DFR base fatigue strength after cold extrusion increases nearly 10% than that after reaming.
