车身加强板需要内、外翻边工艺完成折弯翻边。确定了模具的总冲压力和冲压中心,分析了模具主要结构,设计了上模座和凸模以及它的固定、定位方式;设计了下模座和翻边凹模以及它的固定、定位方式,以数字化方式实现了内翻边侧冲孔修边模具的设计。
The bodywork reinforcing plate need complete bending flanging, which uses internal and outer flanging process. The total stamping pressure and the stamping center were determined. The main structures of the die were analyzed. The upper die base, punch and its fixing, positioning way were designed; the lower die base, flanging die and its fixing, positioning way were designed to realize the design of flanging side punching trimming die by digital way.
