摘要
框板类结构在火焰切割过程中产生的切割变形,特别是收缩变形,很难通过常用的变形控制措施解决;采用反收缩补偿法在数控编程时预先给于工件尺寸一定的收缩补偿量,能够很好地解决这类结构的收缩变形问题,切割后工件完全满足工艺尺寸要求。
Many forms of deformation appear in the process of flame cutting for frame plate structure, especially the shrinkage deformation, It is difficult to solve the deformation by common measures. The structure deformation problem can be solved by using reverse shrinkage compensation method, and the workpiece can satisfy the technical requirements after cutting.
