磁共振弥散张量成像评估脊髓病变的临床应用进展

Advancement of MR diffusion tensor imaging in evaluating spinal cord disease

摘要 常规MRI可以清晰显示脊髓占位、水肿、出血或受压等征象,成为目前临床诊断脊髓病变的重要手段,但对脊髓微结构及病变真实范围显示的敏感性低,与神经功能缺失程度不符.损伤程度难以量化。且对纤维束的受损情况无法直观显示。
