Oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate of Haliotis discus hannai were studied at 12,16,20,24,28℃ in this paper. The results indicated that temperature ( θ /℃) and wet weight ( m ,g) would obviously affect oxygen consumption rate[ Q (O)/mg h -1 ] and ammonia excretion rates[ Q (N)/mg h -1 ]: Q (O)= 0.0124 m 0.8556 1.0853 θ , Q (N)=0.0207 m 0.8556 1.0852 θ . 20℃ was the turn point for metabolic process. 图3 表1 参5
