光动力学疗法治疗感染性角膜炎的研究进展 被引量:3

Research progresses in treating infectious keratitis with photodynamic therapy

摘要 光动力学疗法(PDT)作为一种新的治疗方法在眼表疾病中的应用越来越广泛。随着PDT对微生物的抑制作用和促进组织修复功能的研究深入,PDT逐渐应用于临床上治疗感染性角膜病。本文就PDT的作用原理、灭菌作用及其在感染性角膜炎治疗中的应用等研究现状进行综述。 Photodynamic therapy(PDT) as a new therapeutic method is increasing widely used in ocular surface disease. Along with intensive studies of microorganism inhibition and promoting function in tissue repairing of PDT have been developed, PDT been gradually applied to treating infectious keratitis in clinical. We review mechanism, sterilization and application in infectious keratitis of PDT.
