MK-801对脊髓缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用 被引量:1

摘要 脊髓缺血再灌注损伤(Ischemia—reperfusion inju—ry,IRI)是主动脉手术中最危险的并发症之一。手术时,夹闭主动脉会引起脊髓血供中断,导致不可逆的神经细胞损伤,甚至引起术后截瘫和偏瘫¨引。近年有报道称MK-801在脊髓IRI中能够起到神经保护作用。
