全胸腔镜下巨大咽食管憩室与胸内食管侧侧吻合术1例被引量：2

摘要患者女，67岁。6年前确诊为巨大咽食管憩室但未接受治疗。患者进食哽咽症状逐渐加重，入院前仅能进半流饮食，并伴有间断呕吐。上消化道造影显示颈段至胸上段食管右侧壁一巨大憩室，下端达隆凸水平，
