丙泊酚靶控输注联合喉罩在12例唤醒开颅术中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 在开颅手术的整个过程或某一段时期让患者清醒,由神经外科医师对清醒患者的大脑皮层施加电刺激,并允许外科医师监视任何感觉,运动和语音效果以及任何更为复杂的认知效果功能,这样的“映射”关系为最大限度的切除肿瘤,尽可能地减少神经功能缺损提供了保障。适度的镇痛镇静,稳定的血流动力学,安全的气道,并且使患者在唤醒状态下舒适合作以进行神经功能的测试是麻醉医师的挑战。
