建设用地动态监管信息系统总体框架研究

Study on Integration Framework of Construction Land Dynamic Monitoring Information System

从建设用地监管的业务层面出发,对建设用地动态监管集成信息系统的总体框架进行了研究,对国家、省、市、县等多个层次监管的重点进行了分析,提出了各级数字化建设用地动态监管信息系统集成的总体框架,并对系统集成的技术架构以及相关技术方法进行了论述。同时,对建设用地动态监管各业务系统之间以及与国家级相应监测监管系统的集成接口进行了分析。

This paper studies on the integration overall framework of construction land dynamic monitoring information system based on the business perspective of construction land monitoring. The construction of land dynamic monitoring information system should be developed in country, province, city and county levels and each level has different focus. The integrated technology system architecture is put forward based on service oriented architecture, and the related techniques are described. At the same time, the interface inner the construction land monitoring information system and between province and national construction land monitoring information system is designed.
