摘要
慢性肺源性心脏病的病因为"痰""瘀",主要病机为痰瘀阻肺,痰瘀证候是其主要临床表现,肺源性心脏病并发心力衰竭的关键是痰瘀互结,故治疗宜活血祛痰。
The pathogenic factors of chronic pulmonary heart disease are phlegm and blood stasis,and the phlegm and blood stasis obstructing the lung is its main pathogenesis.The syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis is the main clinical manifestation.Since the key of pulmonary heart disease complicated with heart failure is the accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis,promoting blood circulation and eliminating phlegm should be used in the treatment.
