从精虚探讨原发性高血压的发病机制

Investigation of the Pathogenesis of Primary Hypertension from Essence Deficiency

目的:探讨精虚是发生原发性高血压机制的理论依据及其实用性;方法:从天人相应观及脏象学说系统观剖析精虚可能是原发性高血压的基本因素,并以补精法临床随机治疗60例患者与西药组60例作对照观察;结果:治疗3个月有效率100%,停药2个月后血压回升率远低于西药组;结论:精虚与原发性高血压密切相关,按精虚治疗原发性高血压是可行的,包括非肝阳上亢证型。

Objective： To explore the theoretical basis and practicality of the essence deficiency being the pathogenesis of primary hypertension.Methods： The essence deficiency being the basic factors of essential hypertension was systematically analyzed from the concept of correspondence between man and nature and the visceral manifestation theory.60 patients were randomly treated with the method of complementing essence and compared with control group of Western medicine.Results： The effective rate was 100% after 3 months of treatment,and the blood pressure rise rate is far lower than that of Western medicine group 2 months after discontinuation.Conclusion： The essence deficiency and primary hypertension are closely related,it is feasible to treat primary hypertension through treating the essence deficiency,including non-hyperactivity of liver yang syndrome.
