土壤中产脲酶微生物分离及对重金属的固化 被引量:13

摘要 从苗圃土壤中分离具有产脲酶活性的细菌,对其进行鉴定,并利用其对镍、铜、铅、钴、锌和镉等重金属进行去除。结果表明,土壤中产脲酶微生物对镍、铜、铅、钴、锌和镉等重金属的去除率达88%~99%。土壤中微生物可以通过生物成矿作用,固化土壤和污水中的重金属。这些微生物可以在重金属生物修复中发挥重要作用。 The urease producing bacteria was isolated from the nursery garden soil and was characterized, then was used for mineralizing nickel, copper, lead, cobalt, zinc and cadmium. The results showed that the selected bacteria had high removal effects on nickel, copper, lead, cobalt, zinc and cadmium, the removal rates ranged from 88% to 99%. Microorganisms can mineralize the heavy metals in soil and water by biomineralization process. Such microorganisms could play on important role in bioremediation of heary metals.
