摘要
研究了中药女贞子-KBrO3-MnSO4-H2SO4-CH3COCH3体系的B-Z化学振荡反应,考察了女贞子提取液不同浓度和反应温度对女贞子振荡指纹图谱的振荡诱导期、平均振荡周期、振荡寿命的影响。结果表明,中药女贞子可以在一定浓度和温度范围内产生明显的化学振荡,振荡诱导期与浓度呈现出良好的线性关系;计算得到的振荡诱导期表观活化能为33.37 kJ/mol,平均振荡周期的表观活化能为74.20kJ/mol,并讨论了反应机理。
The chemical oscillating reaction in the system of Fructus Ligustri Lucidi-KBrO3-MnSO4-H2SO4-CH3COCH3 was studied. The effects of concentration and temperature on induction period, oscillating period and oscillating life of Fructus Ligustri Lucidi were discussed. The result demonstrated that obvious chemical oscillating of Fructus Ligustri Lucidi would oc- cur in certain range of concentration and temperature. And there was good linear relationship between induction period of os- cillating reaction and the concentration of Fructus Ligustri Lucidi. The apparent activation energy of induce time was 33.37 kJ/mol, of the whole oscillating period was 74.20 kJ/mol. Furthermore, the reaction mechanism was briefly discussed.
