摘要
在微波辅助提取植酸钙的基础上,利用离子交换法由植酸钙制备植酸,采用单因素试验考察了主要影响因素,得出植酸较佳的离子交换工艺条件为,称取原料植酸钙1 g时,在溶离试验中加3 g树脂;在离子交换过程中,料液流速控制为10~15mL/min,交换温度选择为30℃。在此条件下,植酸提取率可达85.53%。
On the base of calcium phytate extacted by microwave assisted extraction method, ion exchange method was adopt- ed to prepare phytic acid. Single factor tests were conducted to study the main influencing factors. The optimum extraction conditions were obtained as adding 3 g resin when mass of raw material calcium phytate was 1 g in elution test; and during the ion exchange process, controlling material flow at 10-15 mL/min and exchanging temperature at 30 ℃. Under these condi- tions, the extraction yield of phytic acid could be up to 85.54%.
