摘要
运用SWOT分析法,分析了湖北创建国家农业科技区域创新中心的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁,结合湖北省农业科技创新体系建设进展情况,提出了创建农业科技湖北区域创新中心的四种战略决策,以及建设国家农业科技湖北区域创新中心的对策思路。
The strength, weakness, opportunity and threat for construction of National Agricultural Scientific and Technological Innovation Center in Hubei province was analyzed by SWOT analysis method. Combining with the construction process of agri- cultural scientific and technological innovation system in Hubei province, 4 kinds of strategic decision as well as countermea- sures for construction of agricultural scientific and technological regional innovation center in Hubei province were put forward.
