生态产业链管理视角下的库区生态产业发展研究——以江西万安库区为例

Research on Revelopment of Ecological Industry in Reservoir Area from the Perspective of Ecological Industry Chain Management:Taking Wan’an Reservoir Area in Jiangxi Province as an Example

生态产业是库区发展与移民安稳致富的必然选择,在分析万安库区移民发展水平与生态产业发展现状的基础上,基于生态产业链管理思想,探讨了万安库区生态产业发展策略与保障措施:依托资源优势,关注工业园区建设,发展资源互补产业,合理开发自然资源,并完善区域发展所需的公共服务供给,构建库区生态产业链,形成"政府引导、利益诱导、企业资源和市场主导"的生态产业链自发形成和发展机制。

Ecological industry is the inevitable choice for the development of reservoir and prosperity and stability of resettle- ment. Based on analysis of present situation of Wan＇an reservoir area＇s ecological industry development and immigration de- velopment level, and according to the thought of ecological industry chain management, ecological industry development strat- egy and safeguard measures were put forward relying on resource advantage, paying attention to the construction of industrial park, development complementary resources industry, rational exploitation of natural resources, improvement of regional devel- oping public service supply, construction of ecological industry chain, forming a ＇government guidance, benefit induction, enterprise resource and market dominant＇ ecological industry chain of spontaneous formation and development mechanism.
