益生菌群对湖北棉粕和菜粕的脱毒效果比较 被引量:2

摘要 利用筛选出的黑曲霉、酵母、植物乳杆菌和芽孢杆菌的混合益生菌群在成熟的发酵条件下发酵湖北棉粕和菜粕,结果表明湖北棉粕经过发酵处理后,原料里的游离棉酚含量升高了129.15%(P<0.05);湖北菜粕经过发酵处理后,原料里的硫代葡萄糖甙、异硫氰酸酯和噁唑烷硫酮的含量分别降低了5.56%(P>0.05)、40.91%(P<0.05)和37.50%(P<0.05)。表明黑曲霉、酵母、植物乳杆菌和芽孢杆菌不能降解棉粕里的游离棉酚,但是可以不同程度降解菜粕中的硫代葡萄糖甙、异硫氰酸酯和噁唑烷硫酮。该益生菌群可以用于饲料中菜粕的脱毒开发利用。 The probiotics which were composed of aspergillums enzyme, yeast, lactobacillus plantarum and bacillus were screened and fermented the Hubei cottonseed meal and rapeseed meal under mature condition. The results showed that the free gossypol in the sample of Hubei cottonseed meal raised 129.15%(P〈0.05) after the fermentation, the content of glucosi- nolates, isothiocyanate and oxazolidine-thione in the samples of Hubei rapeseed meal decreased 5.56%(P〉0.05), 40.91%(P〈 0.05) and 37.50%(P〈0.05) after the fermentation. It indicated that the probiotics of aspergillums enzyme, yeast, lactobacillus plantarum and bacillus were not able to degrade the free gossypol in Hubei cottonseed meal, but could degrade the glucosi- nolates, isothiocyanate and oxazolidine-thione in Hubei rapeseed meal at different degrees. This kind of probiotics could be used for the detoxification of Hubei rapeseed meal.
