摘要
以95%乙醇、丙酮和乙酸乙酯为溶剂分别对杉木双花鞘花[Macrosolen bibracteolatus(Hance)Danser]寄生进行冷浸提取,用DPPH和ABTS体系评价杉木双花鞘花寄生提取物清除自由基的能力。结果表明,杉木双花鞘花寄生各提取物对DPPH自由基和ABTS自由基均具有清除能力,其中95%乙醇和丙酮提取物对自由基的清除能力较强,可作为抗氧化剂的天然来源之一。
95% ethanol, acetone and ethyl acetate were used for cold-soaking extraction of Macrosolen bibracteolatus (Hance) Danser parasitizing on Cunninghamia Lanceolatca And the free radical scavenging ability of the extracts was assessed by using DPPH system and ABTS system. The results showed that extracts of M. bibracteolatus, especially 95% ethanol extracts (EE) and acetone extracts (AE) had good free radical scavenging ability, which could be potential source of natural antioxidants.
