中药配合手术治疗26例股骨颈骨折临床观察

Clinical Observation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Cooperated with Operation in Treatment of 26 Cases with Femoral Neck Fracture

目的：探讨中药配合手术治疗股骨颈骨折的临床效果。方法：选择2000年9月至2012年9月我院收治的股骨颈骨折患者26例，在手术复位固定的基础上给予中药分期治疗，观察临床疗效。结果：患者优21例，良3例，可2例，优良率为96．5％；无一例出现股骨头缺血性坏死，大部分患者皆能下地行走，生活自理。结论：手术配合中药治疗股骨颈骨折具有疗效肯定、临床效果明显的特点。

Objective： To discuss the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine cooperated with operation in treatment of femoral neck fracture. Methods： 26 patients with femoral neck frac- ture were selected from September 2000 to September 2012. All of them were treated by tradition Chinese medicine on the basic of operation, and observed the efficacy. Results： 21 cases were al-most recovery, 3 cases recovered well, 2 cases were general recovery. The total effective rate was 96.5%. None of them appeared avascular necrosis of femoral head. Most patients could walk and look after themself in their daily life. Conclusion： The efficacy of operation cooperated with tradi- tional Chinese medicine in treatment of femoral neck fracture is positive and obvious.
