颈椎病近年来呈高发病率和年轻化趋势，给人们带来了诸多不便。颈椎的生物力学平衡需要内、外源稳定的共同协作，任何环节遭受破坏，均可引起或诱发颈椎正常结构平衡状态的丧失。本文从颈椎生物力学平衡出发，结合中医学理论，探讨“筋骨并重”在颈椎病诊治中的作用，从而完善临床治疗颈椎病的思路。
