中医推拿结合关节松动技术治疗肩周炎的疗效观察

Efficacy of Chinese Massage Combined Joints Loose Technology Treatment of Arthritis

目的：观察中医推拿手法结合关节松动技术治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法：将30例肩周炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用推拿手法结合关节松动技术进行治疗，对照组采用关节松动技术进行治疗；两组患者均接受3周治疗后进行疗效评定。结果：两组患者Comstant—Murley功能评分均有所改善，但治疗治疗后的Comstant．Murley肩功能评分优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：中医推拿手法结合关节松动技术治疗肩周炎疗效确切显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of arthritis by Chinese massage combined with joint mobilization techniques. Methods： 30 cases of arthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. The treatment group were treated with massage combined joint mobilization techniques for treatment and control group using joint mobilization techniques for treatment; patients in both groups after 3 weeks of treatment efficacy evaluation. Re- sults： The patients shoulder function scores Comstant-Murley were improved, but the treatment group shoulder function scores Comstant-Murley than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Chi- nese massage combined with joint mobilization techniques in treatment of arthritis exact effect sig- nificant.
