小针刀配合龙氏手法治疗老年性脊柱侧弯200例

Small Needle-knife Cooperated with Long＇ s Technique in Treatment of 200 Elderly Patients＇ Scoliosis

目的：探讨小针刀配合龙氏手法治疗老年性脊柱侧弯的临床疗效。方法：对200例脊柱侧弯的老年患者施以小针刀和龙氏手法治疗。结果：痊愈70例，显效60例，好转40例，无效30例，总有效率85．0％。结论：小针刀配合龙氏手法治疗老年性脊柱侧弯疗效显著，值得推广。

Objective： To discuss the efficacy of small needle-knife cooperated with Long＇ s tech- nique in treatment of elderly patients＇ scoliosis. Methods： 200 elderly patients with scoliosis were treated by small needle-knife cooperated with Long＇ s technique. Results： 70 cases were cured, 60 cases had marked effect, 40 cases were improved, and 30 cases were invalid. The total effective rate was 85.0%. Conclusion： The efficacy of small needle-knife cooperated with Long＇ s technique in treatment of elderly patients＇ scoliosis is effective, and this method is worthy of popularization.
