高龄老年股骨粗隆间骨折的护理对策

The Nursing Strategy about Intertrochanteric Fracture of Aged Elderly

目的：探讨高龄老年股骨粗隆间骨折的最佳护理方法。方法：对13例高龄老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者进行护理观察。结果：10例病人行胫骨牵引术后，骨折处愈合良好，无并发症发生；1例病人延期愈合，2次行胫骨牵引术后可愈合；1例病人出院随访2年后，再次股骨粗隆间骨折。结论：有效按摩双下肢，避免髋部内外旋运动；重点做好心理护理，针对老年人产生的焦虑、烦躁不安、情绪不稳等症状，及时讲解病情，解除其思想顾虑，帮助其树立信心、坚持卧床休息、积极配合治疗，有效提高健康水平和生活质量。

Objective： To explore the best nursing methods about intertrochanteric fracture of aged elderly. Methods： 13 aged elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture were selected to nurs- ing observation. Results： The fracture of 10 patients was healing well, all of them had no complica- tion after the tibia traction; 1 patient was delay healing and he had to be done the second tibia trac- tion, and finally he was also healing well; 1 patient had intertrochanteric fracture once again after 2 years follow-up visit. Conclusion： Effectively massage both lower limbs, avoid internal and external rotary motion of hip. Focus on psychological nursing. According to the symptoms of anxiety, dys- phoria, emotional lability, nurse should timely explain the illness condition, remove the thought con- cerns, and help patients to build up confidence, adhere to stay in bed, actively cooperate with treat- ment. All above nursing strategy can improve the health conditions and the quality of life.
