摘要
目的观察肩周炎臂丛麻醉下松解术后护理的效果。方法：选取2010年10月至2012年4月到我院就诊的30例肩周炎患者，予臂丛麻醉下行肩关节松解术1次，术后给予针对性护理。结果：30例患者，治愈16例，好转14例，未愈0例，总有效率100％。结论：术后配合康复护理，可明显缩短病程，加速痊愈，对病情康复以及预后有积极作用。
Objective： To observe the nursing efficacy ofbrachial plexus anesthesia dissolutionof scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods： 30 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were selected from October 2010 to April 2012. All of them were treated by brachial plexus anesthesiadissolution, and given the targeted nursing. Results： 16 cases were cured, 8 cases had marked effect and 6 cases were effective. The total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion： Cooperatingwith rehabilitation nurs- ing after operation can obviously shorten the course of disease and speed up to recovery. It has posi- tive role to the rehabilitation of disease.
