腰椎间盘突出症是临床常见病，其治疗方法多样。现分别从西医及中医两方面对腰椎间盘突出症的治疗作一综述，并提出个人的一些见解，以供临床参考。

The prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc is common clinical disease, and its therapies are various. This paper summariz es the treatments of lumbar disc herniation respectively from western medicine and Chinese medicine, and puts forward some per sonal opinions for clinical reference.
