萎胃汤治疗脾虚血瘀型慢性萎缩性胃炎临床疗效观察

The Efficacy Observation of Wei-wei Decoction Treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的：探讨萎胃汤治疗脾虚血瘀型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法：将56例患者分为治疗组和对照组；治疗组给予萎胃汤，对照组给予胃复春片。比较两组患者在治疗前后的症状、舌象、脉象、病理检查等情况的变化，指导临床治疗实践。结果：治疗组的治愈率＋显效率及总有效率分别是73．3％和96．7％，对照组的治愈率＋显效率分别是34．6％和88．5％，治疗组疗效优于对照组，与对照组差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：萎胃汤治疗脾虚血瘀型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效显著，值得，临床推广应用。

Objective： To explore the clinical curative effects of Wei-wei decoction treating chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods： 56 pa- tients were divided into treatment group and control group; treatment group was given Wei-wei decoction, control group was given Wei-fuchun tablets. Changes of the symptoms, tongue condition, pulse condition, pathological examinations and so on were com- pared with patients of two groups before and after treatment, to guide the practice of clinical treatment. Results： Curative and total ef- fective rate were respectively 73.3% and96.7% in the treatment group ,and those of control group were 34.6% and88.5%, the effica- cy of treatment group was superior to control one, and statistically significant different between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The therapeutic effects of Wei-wei decoction treating chronic atrophic gastritis with type of spleen deficiency and blood stasis are significant, which is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
