护理干预在手足口病医院感染控制中的作用

Nursing Intervention of Infection Control in. Hospital in the Role of Hand-foot-mouth Disease

目的：探讨针对性的护理干预措施在降低或消除手足口病医院感染中的作用。方法：对386例手足口病患者采取针对性的护理干预措施，预防控制手足口病医院感染，并统计手足口病患者医院感染的发生率。结果：手足口病流行期间通过护理干预，无一例医院感染发生。结论：针对性的护理干预能够有效降低手足口病医院感染发生率。

Objective： To investigate the targeted nursing intervention measures to reduce or eliminate the infection in hospital of hand-foot-mouth disease （HFMD） in action. Methods： Adopt targeted nursing intervention on patients with 386 cases of HFMD, pre- vent and control HFMD hospital infection, and count incidence of hospital infection in patients with HFMD. Results： During the out- break of HFMD by nursing intervention, no cases of nosocomial infection occurred. Conclusion： The targeted nursing intervention measures can effectively reduce the hospital infection rate of HFMD.
