开颅术后难愈性伤口的原因分析及对策

Reason Analysis and Countermeasures of Refractory Wounds after Craniotomy

目的：对颅脑外科开颅术后难愈性伤口进行原因分析，研究护理对策，促进开颅术后难愈性伤口愈合。方法：通过对26例头部难愈性伤口从细节上分别进行不同的原因分析，对影响伤口愈合的因素采取相应的有效护理措施及合理的换药方法。结果：除一例患者因病情恶化而死亡外，其余伤口均不同时期愈合。结论：对开颅术后难愈性伤口进行护理，找出影响开颅术后伤口不愈合的原因，在护理头部伤口时解决特殊影响因素是促进伤口愈合的关键。

Objective： To analyze the causes of refractory wounds of cerebral surgery, study nursing countermeasures, and promote the refractory wounds healing after craniotomy. Methods： According to the analysis on detail factors of head refractory wounds in 26 cases, it is adopted corresponding effective nursing measures and the reasonable method of changing dressings to deal with the rea- sons. Results： Except for one death patient because of exacerbation, the rest wounds healed in different extent. Conclusion： Based on nursing refractory wounds, and finding out influence reasons for wounds healing after craniotomy, to solve the special influence fac tors while nursing head wounds is the key topromote wounds healing.
