社区心理护理干预对脑梗死患者神经功能的影响

Influence of Community Psychology Nursing Intervention on Neurological Function of Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的：探讨社区护理干预对脑梗死患者神经功能的影响。方法：选择113例脑梗死患者随机分为干预组与对照组，干预组在药物治疗及出院宣教基础上进行社区护理干预，包括饮食指导、心理辅导和肢体功能训练；对照组仅进行药物治疗及出院宣教。结果：干预组日常生活能力、生活质量评分的改善显著优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：针对性的社区护理干预能有效改善脑梗死患者神经功能的恢复，增加了患者的生活满意度，改善了患者的生活质量。

Objective： To explore the effect of community nursing intervention on neurological function of patients with cerebral in farction. Methods： 113 cases of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, intervention group proceeded community nursing intervention based on drug treatment and education of discharging, including diet instruction, psychological counseling and function training of limbs; the control group only proceeded drug treatment and education of discharg ing. Results： the ability of daily life, the scores of life quality in the intervention group improved significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： community nursing intervention with pertinence can effectively improve the neurological function re covery of patients with cerebral infarction, increase patients＇ satisfaction with life. and imnrove the life rurality of patients.
