手术室护理中安全管理的体会

Experience of Safety Management in Operating Room Nursing

目的：探究护理质量管理策略及体会。方法：将90例患者随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组实施手术室常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上增加安全管理。对护理干预前后两组患者的满意度、手术时间及护理差错率等进行比较。结果：观察组患者的满意度高于对照组，手术时间及差错发生率均小于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：手术室安全管理对手术成功有促进作用。

Objective： To investigate the strategy and experience of the management of nursing quality. Methods： Divided 90 patients into observation group and control group, the control group used general care of operating room, while the observation group added safety management on the basis of general care. Then compared the satisfaction of patients, surgery time and nursing error rate intwo groups. Results： The satisfaction of patients in observation group was higher than control group, the surgery time and nursing er ror rate was both lower than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The safety management in operating room has a promoting effect on success of surgery.
