少数民族地区优质护理服务项目开展的现状及探索

Status and Exploration of Proceeding High Quality Nursing Service Project in Minority Areas

目的：推行优质护理服务，提高少数民族地区护理质量。方法：调查全州三级医院开展优质护理服务项目的成效，根据优质护理服务的要求，结合医院实际，在尊重各民族特点的基础上，促进优质护理的开展。结果：落实优质护理，提高护理质量，患者满意度逐年递增。结论：探讨民族地区护理现状与优质护理服务存在的问题及相关因素，对解决开展优质护理的困难，消除安全隐患，提高患者满意率，更好地开展优质护理服务具有重要意义。

Objective： To implement nursing service of high quality, and improve the quality of nursing care in minority areas. Meth- ods： Efficacy of high quality nursing service project was investigated in all tertiary hospitals of Liangshan Zhou, according to the re- quirement of high quality nursing service, based on the actual situation of our hospital, the high quality nursing service were promot- ed in respect of the various nationalities＇ characteristics. Results： The implementation of high quality nursing care, and improvement of care quality make patients satisfied increasing year by year. Conclusion： Exploring the nursing status in ethnic minority areas, problems and related factors of high quality nursing service is significant to resolve difficulties of high quality nursing, eliminate se- curity risks, improve patient satisfaction rate, and make high quality nursing service better.
