摘要
目的：探讨中药熏蒸疗法治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效及护理措施。方法：对370例患者采用中药熏蒸疗法进行治疗，并给予针对性的护理措施。结果：治愈65例，好转285例，无效20例，总有效率94．6％。结论：中药熏蒸治疗类风湿关节炎操作简单、安全、疗效好、费用少，配合针对性的护理措施，使患者更容易接受，适用性强，值得临床推广。
Objective： To explore the curative effects and nursing methods of herbal fumigation therapy of rheumatoid arthritis. Meth ods： 370 patients adopted herbal fumigation treatment and pertinent nursing measures. Results： 65 cases were cured, 285 improved, and 20 were ineffective, the total efficiency was 94.6%. Conclusion： Herbal fumigation treatment of rheumatoid arthritis is operation al simple, safe and eutherapeutic with less cost, patients are more likely to accept the treatment combined with pertinent nursing mea sures, it is worthy of clinical promotion of strong applicability.
