中西医结合治疗颈椎病的疗效观察及护理

Clinical Observation and Nursing of Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine Treating Cervical Spondylosis

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗颈椎病的疗效及护理。方法：通过对58例颈椎病患者采取药物治疗、颈部推拿、针刺疗法、物理疗法、枕颌带牵引等方法治疗及护理，并观察其临床疗效。结果：治愈18例，好转39例，未愈1例，总有效率98．3％。结论：通过中西医结合治疗并给予针对性护理措施，可有效改善颈椎病患者的临床症状，提高其生活质量。

Objective： To investigate curative effects and nursing of integrative Chinese and Western medicine treating cervical spon dylosis. Methods： 58 patients of cervical spondylosis adopted drug therapy, neck massage, acupuncture treatment, physical therapy, occipital jaw belt traction, ect. to cure and nurse; clinical therapeutic effects were observed. Results： 18 cases were cured, 39 im proved, 1 was invalid, and the total efficiency was 98.3%. Conclusion： Combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine with cor responding nursing measures can effectively improve the clinical symptoms Of patients with cervical spondylosis, and their life quali ty.
