中西医结合治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折50例疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Children with Supracondylar Fracture of Humerus in the Treatment of Combining Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in 50 Cases

目的：观察中西医结合治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折的疗效。方法：50例肱骨髁上骨折患儿首诊均行中医传统手法复位小夹板纸压垫外固定治疗，再酌情行手术切开复位交叉克氏针内固定，术后3周拆除外固定，4周后拆除交叉克氏针，同时锻炼肘关节功能。结果：39例患儿恢复优，8例患儿恢复良好，总有效率在达94％。所有患儿均无肘关节内翻畸形，患肘功能恢复良好。结论：中西医结合治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折，能有效预防肘关节内翻畸形，值得在临床推广。

Objective： To observe the curative effects of traditional Chinese and western medicine treating children with supracondy lar fractures of the humerus. Methods： 50 cases of children with supracondylar fracture of humerus firstly received manual reduction of traditional Chinese medicine, external fixation of small splint and paper pad, operation of open reduction and intemal fixationwith cross Kirschner wire, then removing external fixation of 3 weeks after the operation and cross Kirschner wire of 4 weeks later, exercising the function of elbow at the same time. Results： 39 cases recovered superexcellently, 8 cases well recovered, the total ef fective rate was 94%.All the function of elbow well recovered without cubitus varus. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese and western medicine treating children with supracondylar fractures of the humerus can effectively prevent cubitus varns, being worthwhile pro moting widely in clinic.
