广东过敏性鼻炎中医体质相关性研究

Correlation Research of Guangdong Allergic Rhinitis TCM Constitution

目的：研究过敏性鼻炎与中医体质的相关性，以及中医体质类型与该病发生、发展、转归及预防、治疗的关系。方法：运用《中医体质调查量表》对60例过敏性鼻炎患者和60例健康人群进行问卷调查，对调查结果进行中医体质分类，探索广东过敏性鼻炎患者常见中医体质类型与该病发生、发展和转归的关系，提出结合中医体质进行个体化预防和治疗的方案。结果：广东过敏性鼻炎患者特禀质、气虚质、阳虚质、气郁质、瘀血质比例均显著高于健康人群（P〈0．01）。结论：广东过敏性鼻炎患者的体质特点是特禀质、气虚质、阳虚质、气郁质、瘀血质居多，符合该病发生、发展的病机特点，可作为通过体质干预控制过敏性鼻炎的依据。

Objective： To study the correlation between allergic rhinitis and TCM constitution, and the relationship between TCM constitution type andthe disease factors such as occurrence, development, prognosis, prevention and treatment. Methods： Using TCM Constitution Questionnaire survey 60 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis and 60 cases of healthy people, the results was sort with TCM constitution, explore the relationship between common TCM constitution type in Guangdong allergic rhinitis patients and the disease factors such as occurrence, development and lapsing, put forward prevention and treatment scheme combining with the individual. Results： The physical characteristics in Guangdong patients is significantly higher than in healthy people （P〈0.01）. Con clusion： The physical characteristics in Guangdong patients with allergic rhinitis is in a majority of special intrinsic quality, Qi defi ciency, Yang deficiency, Qi stagnation and blood stasis, in accordance with the characteristics of the disease pathogenesis and devel opment, can be used to control the allergic rhinitis basis through the physical intervention.
