俯卧背伸位腋踝双向牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出的疗效分析

Analysis on Efficacy of Treating Lumbar Disc Herniation by Axillary Ankle Bi-directional Traction in Prone and Dorsal Extension Position＊

目的：探讨俯卧背伸位腋踝双向牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法：将40例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，分别进行仰卧位胸廓．骨盆牵引和俯卧背伸位腋踝双向牵引治疗，治疗后4周评价疗效。结果：两组患者治疗后的VAS评分、RMDQ评分及直腿抬高试验评分均明显改善（P〈0．01），治疗组改善程度优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：俯卧背伸腋踝双向牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著，较传统牵引治疗方案更加符合人体结构特征，值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the efficacy of treating lumbar disc herniation （LDH） by axillary ankle bidirectional traction in prone and dorsal extension position. Methods： 40 LDH patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, and respectively used the treatment of thoraxpelvic traction in supine position and axillary ankle bidirectional traction in prone and dor sal extension position, evaluated the efficacy after 4 weeks. Results： The VAS scores, RMDQ scores and straight leg raising test scores were all improved （P〈0.01）, but the improvement degree in treatment group was better than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclu sion： Axillary ankle bidirectional traction in prone and dorsal extension position is significant effective on LDH and more in line with the structure of human body characteristics than the conventional traction treatment, which deserves further clinical application.
