临床护理路径在髋关节置换术患者护理中的应用效果观察

Observing Effects of Patients with Hip Arthroplasty in the Application of Clinical Nursing Path

目的：探求髋关节置换术患者应用临床护理路径护理后的临床效果。方法：对自愿参与研究的16例行髋关节置换术患者，随机分为对照组和实验组各8例，分别采取常规护理和临床护理路径，并分析两组患者的疗效。结果：实验组患者的髋关节置换术护理知识平均得分和对护理的满意率均明显高于对照组（P〈0．05），且实验组的平均住院天数少于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：临床护理路径不仅可以提高患者髋关节置换术护理知识和护理满意度，缩短平均住院日，还可以提高患者出院后的生活质量。

Objective： To investigate clinical effects of patients with hip arthroplasty in the application of clinical nursing path. Meth ods： 16 volunteers with hip replacement participating in the research were randomly divided into control group and experimental group ,each group of 8 volunteers was respectively received conventional care and clinical nursing pathway, and the effects of two groups were analyzed. Results： The average scores of nursing knowledge and satisfaction rate of nursing in the experimental group of patients with hip replacement were significantly higher than those of control group （P〈0.05）,while the average hospital days of ex perimental group were less （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical nursing path can not only improve the nursing knowledge and nursing satisficing of patients with hip arthroplasty, shorten the average hospital day, but also improve the life quality of patients after dis charged.
