胃癌术后化疗患者肠内营养支持疗法的应用及护理

Application and Nursing of Enteral Nutrition Support Therapy on Patients of Gastric Cancer with Postoperative Chemotherapy

目的：探讨整蛋白型肠内营养制剂能全素肠内营养支持疗法对胃癌术后化疗患者的应用效果及有效的护理方法。方法：将100例经手术治疗后行化疗的胃癌患者分为研究组和对照组，研究组应用能全素750ml，对照组给予普通食物饮食；同时在化疗前后给予其精心的护理。对比两组第1天及第14天的营养情况及住院时间、化疗副反应发生情况。结果：两组第14天的营养指标均较第1天明显改善，但研究组优于对照组（P〈0．05）；研究组住院时间及化疗副反应发生率均低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：对胃癌术后化疗期间的患者实行肠内营养支持并给予其精心护理的临床疗效较好。

Objective： To investigate the application effects and effective nursing methods of nutrison enteral nutrition support thera py of total protein enteral nutrition preparation on patients of gastric cancer with postoperative chemotherapy. Methods： 100 patients of gastric cancer with postoperative chemotherapy were divided into study group and control group, research group applied 750ml nutrison, control group received general diet; meantime careful nursing was proceeded before and after chemotherapy. Nutrient sta tus, hospitalization and side effects of chemotherapy of 1st day and 14th day were compared. Results： Nutritional indexes of 14th day were obviously superior to those of 1st day in both groups, but study group was better than control group （P〈0.05）; The inci dence of hospitalization and side effects of chemotherapy in study group were lower than those in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclu sion： Clinical efficacy of enteral nutrition support and careful nursing for patients of gastric cancer with postoperative chemotherapy is distinct.
