Nursing Experience on Transurethral Resection of the Prostate during Perioperative Period

目的：探讨良性前列腺增生（BPH）患者行经尿道前列腺电切术（TuRP）的围手术期护理，提高护理质量。方法：总结40例BPH患者行TURP术的护理过程，其中膀胱挛缩10例，术后出血1例。结果：40例患者全部治愈出院，无手术死亡和感染发生，出院后5月随访，无复发病例。结论：良好的护理可有效减少TURP术后并发症的发生。

Objective： To investigate the effects on nursing of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH） being carried out transurethral resection of the prostate （TURP） during perioperative period, improving the quality of nursing. Methods： Nursing pro cess of 40 BPH patients with TURP were summarized, thereinto 10 cases of bladder contracture and 1 case of postoperative hemor rhage. Results： 40 patients were all cured and discharged without operation death and infection, there were no recurrent cases with followup after the discharge of 5 months. Conclusion： Favourable nursing can effectively reduce postoperative complications of TURP.
