语言暗示在化疗护理中的运用策略

The Applied Strategy of Verbal Suggestion in Chemotherapy Care

目的：探讨语言暗示在化疗护理中的作用及其运用策略。方法：将89例癌症化疗患者随机分为实验组及对照组，对照组予化疗常规护理，实验组在化疗常规护理的基础上进行语言暗示。结果：实验组的呕吐程度低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：语言暗示对减轻化疗患者的不良反应具有一定的效果，值得临床推广。

Objective： To investigate the function and applied strategy of verbal suggestion in chemotherapy care. Methods： Random ly classified 89 cases of cancer patients that received chemotherapy into experiment group and control group, the control group re ceived the conventional chemotherapy care, while the experiment group treated with verbal suggestion on the basis of conventional chemotherapy care. Results： The vomiting degree in experiment group was lower than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Verbal suggestion has a certain effect on alleviating the adverse effects of the patients received chemotherapy, which deserves further pro motion.
