摘要
目的：了解舒适护理在手术室护理工作的影响。方法：随机抽调2012年上半年经手术治疗的85例患者为对照组，2012年下半年85例手术患者作为研究组；对照组行手术室常规护理，研究组行舒适护理。比较两组术中的心率、收缩压及对护理工作的评价情况。结果：研究组术中心率、血压在更为稳定，对护理工作评价更高。结论：舒适护理能降低患者术中心率、血压波动，减少应激反应，令患者对护理服务更满意。
Objective： To understand the effect of comfort nursing in operation room nursing. Methods： 85 patients with operation treatment randomly drawn from the first half of 2012 were divided as the control group, while 85 cases in the second half of 2012 as the study group. The control group was used operation room routine nursing, while the study group was used comfort nursing. The two groups were compared, including heart rate, systolic pressure and evaluation of nursing work. Results： Heart rate and blood pres sure in study group is more stable, which is more high evaluated in nursing. Conclusion： The comfort nursing can reduce the patients heart rate, blood pressure fluctuations and stress reaction, so that patients are more satisfied to nursing service.
