高职护生在初入临床时对医院感染知识严重缺乏，通过“早期接触临床”中采用培训、见习、观摩等形式进行医院感染防控理论与实践的学习，可提高高职护生的医院感染防控能力。

Higher vocational nursing students gravely lacked the knowledge of hospital infection in clinic, according to the training, practice, observation and other modality of early clinical contact, students studies theory and practice of hospital infection preven tion and control, which can improve the hospital infection prevention and control ability of higher vocational nursing students.
