老年人推拿功法易筋经不同方式锻炼的运动强度研究 被引量:1

Research on Exercise Intensity of Massage Therapy Yijinjing with Different Exercise Modes in the Elderly

摘要 目的:对老年人操练推拿功法易筋经的运动强度进行量化。方法:按照推拿功法易筋经中定势站桩时长10秒、20秒、30秒设计三种操练方式,85名老年人随机分入三组,观测操练时心率和自觉运动强度分级的变化情况。结果:每种方式操练心率均有增加(P〈O.05),定势站桩30秒组心率和PRE值均较10秒、20秒组高(P〈0.05),操练中目标心率持续时间占比三种方式间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:推拿功法易筋经三种方式操练的运动强度有一定差异,定势站桩30秒方式可作为老年人健身锻炼的适宜运动方式。 Objective: To quantify the exercise intensity on elderly people practicing massage therapy yijinjing. Methods: According to set standing pile of massage therapy yijinjing with length of I0, 20 and 30 seconds, three kinds of training methods were designed, the 85 elderly were randomly divided into three groups to observe the changes of heart rate and perceived sports intensity scale in exercise. Results: Heart rates of exercise in three way all increased (P〈0.05), heart rate and PRE in the group set standing pile of 30 seconds were higher than those of 10 and 20 seconds (P〈0.05), there was no statistical significance in duration of targeted heart rates accounting for three ways (P〉0.05). Conclusion: There are some differences in exercise intensity of massage therapy yijinjing in three ways, set standing pile of 30 seconds can be a suitable way for the elderly to exercise.
