手法结合中药熏蒸治疗强直性脊柱炎32例

32 Cases of Technique Combined with Herbal Fumigation Treating Ankylosing Spondylitis

目的：观察手法结合中药熏蒸治疗强直性脊柱炎的疗效。方法：60例强直性脊柱炎患者分为治疗组32例和对照组28例，治疗组采用手法结合中药熏蒸治疗，对照组单纯口服药物治疗，10次为1个疗程，3个疗程后对比两组疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率96．8％，对照组85．7％，治疗组高于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗组血沉及晨僵均优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：手法结合中药熏蒸治疗强直性脊柱失疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the curative effects of technique combined with herbal fumigation treating ankylosing spondylitis. Methods： 60 cases of patients with ankylosing spondylitis were divided into treatment group of 32 cases and control group of 28 cases, the treatment group adopted therapy of technique combined with herbal fmnigation, the control group was treated with oral medication simply, with a course of 10 times, to com- pare the curative effects of two groups after 3 courses. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.8%, which was higher than that of the control group by 85.7% （P〈0.05）; erythrocyte sedimentation rate and early morning stiffness of treatment group were better than of control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The curative effects of technique combined with herbal fumigation treating ankylosing spondylitis is obvious.
