摘要
目的：观察推拿手法治疗颅脑外伤后颈源性头痛的临床疗效。方法：16例颅脑外伤后颈源性头痛患者均采用推拿手法治疗，并观察其，临床疗效。结果：显效13例，有效3例，总有效率100％。结论：推拿手法治疗颅脑外伤后颈源性头痛有良好的临床疗效。
Objective： To observe the efficacy of manipulation therapy for cervical headache after craniocerebral trauma. Methods： 16 cases of cervi cal headache after craniocerebral trauma patients were all treated by manipulation therapy and observed the efficacy. Results： 13 cases were markedly effective, 3 cases were effective and the total effective rate was 100%, Conclusion： Manipulation therapy for cervical headache after eraniocerebral trauma has a good efficiency.
