按摩配合中频治疗肩周炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Massage Combined with Intermediate Frequency Treating Scapulohumeral Pefiarthritis

目的：观察按摩配合中频治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分为治疗纽和对照纽，治疗组采用按摩手法配合电脑中频治疗，对照组单纯采用按摩治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率为96．7％，高于对照组的83．3％（P〈0．05）。结论：采用按摩配合中频治疗肩周炎的疗效优于单纯按摩治疗。

Objective： To observe the curative effects of massage with intermediate frequency treating periarthritis of shoulder. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group adopted massage with computerized intermediatefrequency ther apy, the control group used simple massage therapy. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.7%, higher than 83.3% of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The curative effects of massage combined with intermediate frequency treating scapulohumeral periarthritis is better than that of simple massage theraov.
