针刀松解治疗肩周炎50例临床研究

Clinical Research on Needle-knife Therapy for Periarthritis of Shoulder

目的：观察针刀松解治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法：将100例肩周炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组运用针刀治疗，对照组予毫针加推拿治疗，观察两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组的临床疗效、VAS评分及肩关节功能评分均优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：针刀松解治疗肩周炎疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the efficacy of needleknife therapy for periarthritis of shoulder. Methods： 100 cases of patients were randomly di vided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group treated by needleknife therapy, while the control group by acupuncture and manip ulation therapy, and observed the efficacy of two groups. Results： The efficacy, VAS scores and shoulder function scores in treatment group were all better than those in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The needleknife therapy for periarthritis of shoulder has a significant efficacy.
