银质针导热松解结合手法复位治疗陈旧性腰椎压缩性骨折

Silver Needle Loose Solution of Thermal Conductivity Combined with Manual Reduction Treating Oboslete Lumbar Vertebral Compression Fractures

目的：观察银质针导热松解结合手法复位治疗陈旧性腰椎压缩性骨折的，临床疗效。方法：运用银质针导热松解结合手法复位治疗66例陈旧性腰椎压缩性骨折患者，观察其临床疗效。结果：66名患者疼痛缓解率达100％，活动改善率达90．90％。结论：银质针导热松解结合手法复位治疗陈旧性腰椎压缩性骨折安全、方便，疗效确切、持久。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of silver needle loose solution of thermal conductivity combined with manual reduction treating oboslete lumbar vertebral compression fractures. Methods： 66 cases of patients with oboslete lumbar vertebral compression fractures adopted therapy of silver needle loose solution of thermal conductivity combined with manual reduction, to observe their clinical curative effects. Results： Pain relief rate of 66 patients was 100%, improvement rate of activities was 90.90%. Conclusion： Silver needle loose solution of thermal conductivity combined with manual reduction treating oboslete lumbar vertebral compression fractures is safe, convenient, effective and durable.
