儿童肱骨髁上骨折后期中药熏洗配合功能锻炼的疗效观察

The Efficacy of Herbal Fumigation Combined with Functional Exercise in Children＇ s Late Stage Supracondylar Fracture of Humerus

目的：探讨儿童肱骨髁上骨折后期应用中药熏洗配合功能锻炼促进肘关节功能恢复的疗效。方法：50例患儿均中药熏洗配合功能锻炼治疗。结果：优36例，良9例，一般4例，差1例，优良率为90．0％。结论：中药熏洗配合功能锻炼对儿童肱骨髁上骨折后期肘关节功能的恢复疗效显著。

Objective： To investigate the efficacy of herbal fumigation combined with functional exercise in recovery of elbow function in children＇ s late stage supracondylar fracture of humerus. Methods： 50 cases of patients were all treated by herbal fumigation combined with functional exercise. Results： The efficacy in 36 cases were excellent, 9 cases were good, 4 cases were general and 1 case was poor, the excellent and good rate was 90.0%. Conclusion： It has significant efficacy on recovery of elbow ftmction in children＇ s late stage supracondylar fracture of humerus by the treat- ment of herbal fumigation combined with functional exercise.
